Hi There When I use Hoodia Maxx to drop some lbs down though before I could see some progress I've got huge headaches.And now I am about to try phenermine If someone had expierience, please share it with me. Thanks.

Hi, I have not used Hoodia Maxx, nor have I heard of it, but I would recommend to stick to a vegetarian diet, lots of fruits, vegetables and lots of raw nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pecans, peanuts, pine and sunflower seeds to name a few.
The fruits and vegetables will make you hungry, and the nuts will fill you up. Make the change gradually and you will start to feel better and lose weight.

Did you mean phentermine? If so did you realise this is a prescription drug?
I have seen a review for UniqueHoodia (http://comparebestdietpills.com/uniquehoodia-review.html), there are no reported side effects with this and contains a very potent Hoodia strength without being filled with other rubbish.
Alternatively, how about using a fat binding diet pill?

You weight can fluctuate by a pound per day quite easily depending upon the amount of carbs and water you eat and drink. I would suggest looking at reducing intake by 300 - 500 calories per day (eg so you loss a pound per week)... through a combination of eating less and exercise....
If you are struggling and find yourself snacking then a natural appetite suppressant can help... :)

I would suggest that you don't try anything that isn't natural.
All these fads don't work.
A natural attempt at losing weight is what is best in my opinion.
Though i may be new here, I am sure that you'll find the appropriate guidance you need in order to achieve your desired weight loss!

Hoodia is a natural herb found mainly in Africa that is used as an appetite suppressant. Be careful, Many of the hoodia products out there are scams and do not contain very much Hoodia at all. I am not sure about Hoodia Maxx but here is one product that I know contains 20:1 Hoodia Extract.

5. Get plenty of quality protein

you know, it will be more suitable and more safe to undergo on a natural diet to lose weight and proper exercise...
drink lots of water and whenever you feel hungry, just take crackers... and that's it.. uhm for 2-3 months long, you will see the progress..
