I am sure fish oils have been proven to give so many benefits it cant be ignored by us. Considering the perils of health that loom large on us ranging from depression to hypertension fish oil has already been proven effective in these cases. Provided we can be able to control these conditions that make life difficult for us and recede the use of medications for us can anything be better. I have started consuming fish oil since the time I came to know about the benefits and this should become a mandatory supplement for everyone who are looking to keep health ailments at bay.

Orthomolecular Has a Quality Line of Fish oils for adults and children. The Adult line is OrthoMega Fish Oils (http://doctorshealthforum.org/cgi-bin/cgi/click.cgi?id=34), and the New Kid version is OrthoMega Pearls (http://doctorshealthforum.org/cgi-bin/cgi/click.cgi?id=35). They would be worth checking out.

I wouldn't call fish oil the latest craze, to be honest they've been one of the most popular natural health supplements for many, many years. I met a lady who was about 70 years old and her hair still flowed beautifully. When asked how she kept it so well - she said she'd been taking fish oil for the last 20-30 years.
In America, we eat on average about 12lbs of fish a year, if I remember right. In Japan, they eat over 100lbs yearly - this is a large portion of the reason they tend to live so much longer than us.
