Friends do tell me can the difference be evident? I mean since a person starts taking these oils can we suggest after how long he would be able to notice an improvement in his memory power? I have been insisting my mom to take these oils but she does not as her explanation is she has left non veg and does not want to engage in those food habits again. But I believe she has got to change her ways because of her forgetfulness which has become so pronounced nowadays. Am glad my search yielded the results I wanted.

Fish oils have been shown to help lower cases of high blood pressure due to cardiovascular disease, it specifically helps to reduce high cholesterol. Fish oils with omega 3 also help to prevent blood clots, have been shown to lower heart rates and also prevent arrhythmias (disturbances of the normal rhythm in the heart's beating). Helps a lot to decrease your likelihood of dying from a sudden heart attack.
