Yeah, they actually do.
If you're worried about having supplements, you can talk to your trainer about tips to increase your daily protein intake.
For example, he may tell you to eat 4 egg whites a day, step up milk in take, or some such.

Yes, a high protein diet can help you gain weight and muscle weight, which is likely what you are aiming for. You'll also need to refuel with healthy carbs (+ protein) after weight training. For example, a whey protein shake + frozen banana. Best of luck to you!

Hi guys!

Here im putting some well information,The best way would be for you to boost your protein intake and boost your testosterone. If you want to do this the natural way without taking steroids theres an herb called Tribulus it's the next best thing to steroids and it's all natural. You need to drink a protein shake before, during, and after your workout. Try drinking Muscle Milk it works great. Oh and drink it before you go to sleep.
By following this and a great workout plan you will gain weight in no time.
To boost your metabolism you need to do cardio exercises, Meaning exercises that work on the heart. Running, Walking, Biking, and Swimming are only a few ways to work the heart and boost your metabolism. By doing great cardio exercises, they burn fat and cut you up.

I would recommend that she uses a supplement thats amino acid based and wont give her any side effects. Scivation makes a good product called Xtend that be used before during and after workouts that will give her a boost of energy. Also she might also want to take a protein after workouts, and for that I would recommend either Syntax or Designer Whey products. The women I know that lift speak highly of both proteins.

For beginners getting started with weight training it's important that they stick with the basic multi-joint compound exercises like the bench press, dumbbell press, barbell curls, dumbbell curls, squats, deadlifts, and calf raises. Try to aim for 3 to 4 exercises for the larger muscle groups and 2 to 3 exercises for the smaller muscle groups. Try aiming for +/- 4 sets for every exercise. Don't overdo it!
