Thank you for the video.

Great video. I have been taking baby steps so to speak for years now. I find the only time I am comfortable around people is if I know them for a very long time and feel like they are not judging me. I have like 1 friend I can talk to hours at a time but with everyone else there is an awkward silence. Sometimes I feel like I should just keep moving my lips to avoid the awkwardness but I don't know what to say.
