Unhappy please, help me!!! my health is really diminishing....

Hello all,
I am a woman. My age is 27, but I am looking like a woman of 37. I am really very busy with my home and office and donít have time to care of my health. My skin is becoming shine less and full of wrinkle. I am also facing dark circles under my eyes and black heads. My beauty and health really, I am loosing. I feel weak and tired. I could not interest in my any work and always feel stress. What I should do? Can anyone suggest me? I think I should take rest from my routine schedule, my doctor also suggest me that and give some medicine.

Then also if anyone knows about my problem, then please reply meÖ.

Sleep and Adrenal Support

You can't keep neglecting your health or you will never be able to accomplish anything you need to do.
Start with getting enough Sleep-one important key to good health.
Look at the foods you are eating-a healthy diet is another major key to supporting your immune system and staying health.
Find some time to exercise - even 3 ten minute walks or stretches ever day, but not close to sleep time will help.
When you get enough sleep, eat healthy and exercise, you will feel stronger and get more done instead fighting with your energy level to stay awake.
Also you need to support your Adrenals as you are stressing them horribly by the sounds of your post.
