What Causes Alzheimer's Disease?
As we mentioned in the previous article, Alzheimer's disease is a brain disorder named for German physician Alois Alzheimer. Alzheimer's destroys brain cells, causing problems with memory, thinking and behavior severe enough to affect language communication, memory, lifelong hobbies or social life. Alzheimer's gets worse over time, and it is fatal. In this article, we will discuss what causes Alzheimer's disease. 1. Toxic chemicals in our environment Ac***DONT CLICK THIS LINK******DONT CLICK THIS LINK******DONT CLICK THIS LINK***ulation of aluminum and mercury deposits usually present in the area of the affected brain and our body can assimilate high amounts of aluminum without knowing it. 2. Testosterone deficiency As men age, the pituitary gland produces less testosterone and more free testosterone is converted to estrogen caused by the sex hormone binding globulin and the increasing of by-product prolactin of testosterone stimulating the production of the enzyme 5-alpha reductase that causes the conversion of testosterone to gihydro-testosterones DHT resulting in low levels of testosterone. 3. Alcohol abuse Alcohol not only increases the heart palpitation and high blood pressure but also damaging of the liver that is vital for toxin cleansing. If the liver can not perform it's function, that causes free radicals building up in all organs in our body including our brain. 4. Poor diet North Americans consume 30 % more fat than any other people in the world. Our brain requires fat to function better but over supplement of fat causes cholesterol build-up and high blood pressure resulting in poor blood circulation as well as damaging of arterial wall. 5. Obesity Obesity increase the abdominal fat that not causes the forming of aromatase enzyme resulting in aromatasing testosterone into estrogen but increase the building up of cholesterol in the brain blood vessels, without enough oxygen brain cells die off. 6. Diabetes High concentration of glucose causes the blood thickening resulting in poor circulation of blood, depleting oxygen levels that is vital to brain cells needs. 7. Vitamin and minerals deficiency Our body needs all kind of vitamins and minerals to perform it's function everyday. Any deficiency not only causes a weakened immune system but also other kinds of disease as well as faciliate the eventual onset of Alzheimer's disease. 8. Hear disease Heart disease weakens the function of the heart resulting in less blood flow to the brain region causing depletion of oxygen that is vital for brain cells to function properly. 9. High levels of cholesterol Clogged brain vessels can not provide enough oxygen to its cells needs. 10. Smoking Smoking not only causes the depletion of oxygen levels but calcium build up in the arterial wall resulting in damaging of brain cells.
